As a Senior Fellow at Carnegie Endowment of International Peace, Tong Zhao has worked extensively in both China and the United States on nuclear non-proliferation and arms control issues. With a technical background, he also serves as a nonresident researcher at Princeton University’s Science and Global Security Program.
