Nobel Peace Prize Award Ceremony

Location: Oslo City Hall, Fridtjof Nansens plass, Oslo


The 2022 Nobel Peace Prize award ceremony takes place in Oslo City Hall.
The ceremony contains artistic performances and the speech of Chair of the Nobel Committee. The representatives of the laureates are presented with the diploma and gold medal and finally give their Nobel Lectures


At the Nobel Peace Prize award ceremony the laureates will be represented by the following, who will also give the Nobel Lecture on the Laureates’ behalf.  
Natallia Pinchuk, the wife of Ales Bialiatski,
Jan Rachinsky, chairman of the International Memorial Board and
Oleksandra Matviichuk, head of the Center for Civil Liberties


Media accreditation is required
Accrditation deadline was 28 november


The ceremony will be held in English. Translations to/from Belarusian, Russian and Ukrainian. 

Only 1 photographer and 1 reporter from respective media
Photo availability from the balustrade only
No TV/video recording allowed inside the City Hall
No availability for individual interviews
