Summary:

The 2025 Nobel Symposium focused on jurisdictional rights in cyberspace. It brought together leading scholars of political philosophy, international law, internet governance, and informatics to discuss the conditions and ramifications of territorial jurisdiction in cyberspace. The three-day event took an exciting look into the recent developments in cyberspace technology and a range of normative theories of cyberspace jurisdiction.
